Meet Aileen Guiwanon

Aileen Eras Guiwanon has built her nannying career across multiple countries over more than a decade, beginning her domestic work experience in November 2013 with the Fanny Kwan family in Hong Kong, where she cared for a one-year-old girl and six-year-old boy until November 2017. Her responsibilities included checking and changing diapers, sterilizing bottles, preparing healthy meals, managing school transportation, assisting with homework, and teaching proper hygiene practices. She also handled household tasks including marketing, cooking, laundry, car washing, and floor maintenance. From January 2018 to January 2022, she worked with the Alice Go family in Taiwan, caring for a two-year-old boy and eight-year-old girl during parental absences, preparing balanced meals according to parents' instructions, and engaging children in indoor and outdoor activities while managing similar household duties. Since June 2022, Aileen has been working with the Al Ahliya Ken family in Dubai, where she currently cares for a nine-month-old girl and six-year-old girl. Her daily responsibilities include preparing milk and changing diapers for the infant, creating nutritious meals to encourage good eating habits, and maintaining a safe play environment for both children. She manages school transportation and after-school activities for the older child while handling household chores such as dishwashing, marketing, ironing, laundry, and cooking. She describes herself as having interests in tutoring children, food preparation, cooking, housekeeping, and multitasking, and characterizes her approach as creating engaging activities that include learning through play to develop children's social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
