Meet Balikis Mustapha

Balikis is a Nigerian teaching assistant with educational background and childcare experience. She has worked as a shadow teacher in UAE schools and describes experience caring for children in family settings, including school pickups, meal preparation, and supervising playtime. Experience 2022–Present – Al Manar Private School, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: Shadow teacher for FS1 students, developing lesson plans, teaching writing, reading, maths and science, monitoring student progress, maintaining learning environment, and collaborating with school administration. 2015–2022 – Prime Touch Group of Schools, Lagos, Nigeria: Assistant class teacher collaborating on lesson planning, assisting students with assignments, providing emotional support, monitoring academic progress, and supervising students during activities. In her own words She says, "I teach and coordinate children during playtime, pick up from school, and prepare children's meals. I am caring and passionate with kids."
