Beth Waithera has worked in domestic services for approximately three years across multiple positions in the region. She began her career with Saidia Arabia Maid CC from 2021 to 2023, where she gained experience working under minimum supervision while handling heavy tasks and taking care of newborn babies. Her role required her to manage demanding responsibilities while maintaining independence in her work approach, developing skills in infant care that form a key part of her domestic work experience. Following her initial position, Beth continued her domestic work with Mais CC from 2023 to 2024, further building on her experience in household management and childcare services. Her educational background includes training from the Nairobi Institution of Hospitality Management from 2018 to 2020, which provided her with foundational skills in service-oriented work environments. She describes herself as hardworking, honest, friendly, helpful, and polite, with good timekeeping abilities and a willingness to learn new skills, along with the ability to work independently in busy environments as well as within team settings.
