Meet Cecilia Amoquandoh

Cecilia Amoquandoh has worked as a caregiver for her grandmother from October 2022 to November 2023, providing daily care including medication management and personal care while offering emotional support and companionship. Her responsibilities included assisting with daily activities such as feeding, walking, and dressing, demonstrating her experience in elderly care. Additionally, she cared for two newborn nieces during separate periods - the first from April 2011 to April 2013 and the second from August 2020 to September 2022 - providing feeding, bathing, and soothing care while creating safe and nurturing environments for their physical, emotional, and developmental needs. Through her caregiving experience, she developed bonding and attachment with the children in her care and supported their various developmental stages from newborn through early childhood. She describes herself as having patience, empathy, and compassion, along with strong time management and organizational skills developed through her years of providing both childcare and elderly care services to family members across different time periods.
