Meet Gift Naigembe

Gift Naigembe has been working in domestic roles across the Middle East since 2018, beginning her career in Saudi Arabia where she worked for two years until 2020. She then moved to Abu Dhabi, UAE, where she initially cared for one child in Khalifa City before transitioning to part-time work. In January 2023, Gift began working with a European family, where she provided comprehensive household management and childcare services. Her role expanded when the family welcomed their second child, and she continued caring for both children until the family's relocation in November 2024. During this time, she managed all aspects of household operations, including cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, and maintaining detailed household records.
