Josephina brings over nine years of domestic and childcare experience across the Gulf region, having worked in supervisory and household management roles in Dubai, UAE. From November 2018 to 2025, she worked as a trainor/staff supervisor in Dubai, where she trained and supervised staff to ensure high-performance standards, oversaw day-to-day operations and workflow management, and provided guidance and support to team members while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Prior to this, from June 2016 to 2018, she worked as a cleaner for CRG ECO Cleaning LLC in Dubai, performing high-quality cleaning services in residential and commercial areas while maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and hygiene standards. Her household management experience includes working as a house maid for a Pakistani family from February 2013 to 2016, where she managed comprehensive household chores including cleaning, laundry, and organizing, assisted with meal preparation and grocery shopping, and provided childcare while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. She describes herself as highly dedicated and hardworking, with skills in strong leadership and supervision, expertise in cleaning and housekeeping standards, excellent time management and organization, and good communication and interpersonal skills. Her experience spans both supervisory roles and direct household service, including childcare responsibilities.
