Josephine Nabuzaale is an experienced nanny and childcare provider with four years of experience in Dubai and two years in early childhood education. She worked for two years with the Smith family in Dubai, caring for two children aged 2 and 5. In this role, she managed daily schedules, planned educational activities, facilitated outdoor play, and prepared nutritious meals while also assisting with homework to support the children's academic growth. Before moving to Dubai, Josephine worked at Happy Kids Daycare in Kampala, Uganda, where she supervised a group of ten children aged 6 months to 4 years. Her experience includes developing age-appropriate activities that enhance motor skills and social interaction while maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
