Malar is a highly experienced nanny and housemaid with nearly 20 years of continuous service in Dubai, working for Canadian, British, Indian, and Sri Lankan families. She specializes in childcare—including newborn care—and combines this with strong household management skills such as cooking, cleaning, and organizing. Malar is fluent in English, Sinhala, and Tamil, which enables her to communicate effectively in multicultural households. Her career began in 2005 with a Canadian family, where she worked as a nanny and maid for five years. From 2010 to 2013, she served as a nanny for a British family, followed by four years with an Indian family (2013–2017) as a housemaid. Since 2017, she has been employed with a Sri Lankan family in Dubai, providing long-term household support until 2025.
