Meet Kaushila Lama

Lama Kaushila brings nearly a decade of childcare experience across multinational families in the UAE. Starting with an Emirates family (2014-2017) where she cared for seven children, she later worked with a Russian family caring for three children (2018-2019), followed by four years with a Greek-Polish couple caring for their child (2019-2023). Beyond her extensive nanny experience, she offers diverse skills gained through positions in Turkey as a caregiver and various administrative roles in the UAE. Originally from Nepal and fluent in English, Hindi, and Nepali, she provides comprehensive household management including childcare, cooking, cleaning, and grocery management. Currently based in Bur Dubai, she describes herself as energetic and adaptable, with strong cultural awareness across different family settings.
