Aidah Kisakye Nabweteme has spent two years working as a housemaid and nanny for an Arabic family in Dubai, where she took care of children ensuring their safety and well-being while being responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing baby care. She describes herself as honest, trustworthy, polite, respectful, proactive, friendly, and energetic, with fluent English language skills and expertise in managing parental expectations. Her approach to childcare includes developing and reinforcing positive behavior management strategies, ensuring proper sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms, planning and preparing nutritious meals based on dietary preferences, and assisting with morning and evening routines including getting children ready for school and bedtime.
