Kudzai is a Zimbabwean early years educator with a Bachelor's and Master's in Early Childhood Education and Child Protection, and kindergarten teaching experience across Zimbabwe and the UAE. She is now transitioning into private family placements as a governess, LSA, or nanny, with no prior home-based childcare experience on record. Experience 2025 – Elite American Private School, UAE: Kindergarten Teacher; American Curriculum lesson planning and delivery. 2023–2025 – Sir Humphrey Gibbs Private School, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe: Kindergarten Teacher & Safeguarding Chairperson; EYFS curriculum delivery, child protection leadership. 2021–2022 – Once Upon a Child Preschool, Bulawayo, Zimbabwe: Kindergarten Teacher; play-based learning for ages 4–6.
