Lilian Chepleting Kemboi brings four years of childcare experience across Kenya and Dubai. Currently working with a private family in Dubai since 2023, she manages comprehensive childcare duties including school preparation and transportation, homework supervision, and organizing children's activities. Prior to this, she worked at a daycare center in Kenya from 2020-2022, where she developed expertise in infant and toddler care. Throughout her roles, she has demonstrated skill in creating educational activities and maintaining consistent routines that support children's development from infancy through school age. She describes herself as dedicated and compassionate, focusing on creating nurturing environments for children's growth. Currently based in Dubai, she communicates in English and Kiswahili while providing childcare services that encompass both educational support and daily care routines.
