Meet Marion Ireri

Marion is a Kenyan housemaid and nanny with around six years in the UAE, working with a Kenyan family in Dubai since 2020, alongside earlier domestic work in Bahrain. Her role combines housekeeping, cooking, and childcare for two school-age children. She is active with the children — teaching swimming and cycling, reading bedtime stories, and playing board games. Experience 2020–2026 – Kenyan family, Dubai: Housemaid and nanny for two children now aged 11 and 14; childcare and daily activities, meals, cleaning, laundry, and household organization. 2018 – Bahrain: Housemaid; cleaning, basic cooking, and ironing over a nine-month placement. In her own words She says she loves training kids to swim and ride a bicycle, reading bedtime stories, and playing board games, and that she plays a lot with the children.
