Meet Mercy Mangatu

Mercy is a Zimbabwean nanny with experience caring for children from newborn to age 12 in Dubai and South Africa, working with South African and Zimbabwean families. She has hands-on specialist experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, with a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) background implementing individualised care and behaviour plans. She is First Aid and Paediatric CPR certified. Experience 2023–2025 – Zimbabwean family, Dubai: Full-time nanny, including support for a child with additional learning needs using structured routines and sensory strategies. 2020–2022 – South African family, Dubai: Sole-charge toddler care with play-based learning support in an LSA-style capacity. 2019–2020 – Family, Dubai: Continued long-term care for the same family after relocating with them from South Africa. 2016–2019 – Family, South Africa: Long-term care for children from infancy through toddlerhood.
