Meet Mercy Espino

Mercy is a Ugandan nanny with childcare experience in Uganda and the UAE, including two years in Dubai. She has worked with American, Ugandan, Indian, and mixed Indian–Syrian families, with hands-on newborn care and experience supporting a child with ADHD and learning difficulties. She also tutors and coaches soccer and fitness. Experience 2026 – Mixed Indian and Syrian family, Dubai: Temporary maternity cover, full-time care for one child. 2025–2026 – Indian family, Dubai: Nanny and tutor for two children; supported the elder child with ADHD and learning difficulties. 2022–2024 – Ugandan family, Uganda: Nanny for four children, including newborn care and postpartum support. 2019–2022 – American family, Uganda: Childcare for two school-age girls, homework and activities. In her own words She says, "I believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, supported, and encouraged to grow," and describes herself as patient, loving, energetic, responsible, and attentive to each child's individual needs.
