Meet Mericel Fama

Maricel Pabia Fama has worked as a nanny in the UAE across multiple positions, caring for children and maintaining households. From February 2017 to April 2019, she worked as a nanny in Abu Dhabi where she provided childcare for children aged 1-6, implemented age-appropriate developmental activities, maintained clean living spaces, and communicated with parents about their children's needs. She then continued her childcare career in Al Ain from November 2019 to December 2021, managing daily routines for children, planning educational activities, maintaining a safe environment, and assisting with household tasks including meal preparation and laundry. Following her nanny positions, Maricel transitioned to an Assistant Teacher role at Willow Nursery from April 2022 to December 2024. In this position, she worked alongside lead teachers monitoring class schedules, assisted with lesson preparation, revised material with students individually and in small groups, maintained classroom safety, and documented student progress. She holds a Bachelor of Elementary Education degree and describes herself as skilled in communication, time management, and customer service, while also noting that she is hardworking, creative, and artistic.And she know basic first aid.
