Meet Michell Dingcong

Michell M. Dingcong has over ten years of experience in domestic work, currently serving as a housemaid with Al Nuaimiya Domestic Workers Services Center in Ajman, UAE, since September 2023. In this role, she performs daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting, while maintaining organized and hygienic kitchen and bathroom areas. Her responsibilities include assisting with meal preparation and child supervision, managing laundry tasks such as ironing and folding clothes, and providing support with shopping and organizing household supplies. From 2021 to 2023, she worked as a private cheesecake maker and family cooker for a private family in Abu Dhabi, where she prepared homemade desserts and daily family meals, followed dietary restrictions, maintained kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, and managed food inventory and presentation. Her earlier domestic experience includes two separate positions with private families in Kuwait's Al-Adan District. From September 2019 to March 2020, she cleaned and organized living spaces, assisted with childcare and tutoring basic lessons, managed household chores including cooking and laundry, and ensured the safety and well-being of children under her care. Previously, from May 2015 to August 2017, she provided both childcare and eldercare support while handling daily cleaning, ironing, and kitchen duties. She describes herself as hardworking, reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented, with skills in childcare, meal planning, and maintaining clean, safe environments.
