Meet Michell Recla

Michell Aplacador Recla, a Filipino domestic worker, has accumulated nearly six years of international experience across Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. She began her career in Singapore, where she worked as a caregiver for two years, followed by two years in Saudi Arabia as an all-around housemaid. In April 2021, she moved to Dubai and worked as a nanny in Silicon Oasis for one year, caring for a two-year-old Lebanese girl. Since then, Michell has spent three years working for a Turkish family, caring for their nine-year-old son. She obtained a valid UAE driving license in April 2025. Michell is 37 years old and has two children, a 20-year-old daughter and an 18-year-old son. She is currently based in Dubai.
