Meet Monica Namajja

Monica has extensive childcare experience spanning nearly two decades. Beginning as a Matron at Christ the King Nursery School in Uganda from 2006-2015, she managed children's health, safety, meals, and activities while maintaining communication with parents. From 2018 to 2020, she worked as a helper/maid for an American family, where her duties included childcare, taking children to playgrounds and swimming, along with household responsibilities such as cleaning, cooking, and laundry. She holds certifications in Applied Behavior Analysis and brings experience as a mother of three children. Throughout her positions, she has demonstrated capability in maintaining safe environments for children while managing comprehensive household duties. She describes herself as trustworthy and hardworking, with particular attention to children's wellbeing.
