Her culinary expertise stems from multiple years working as a commis chef, including positions at Emirates Flight Catering in Dubai from 2004 to 2009 and Al Jazeera Flight Catering in Bahrain from 1998 to 2001. She describes herself as patient, creative, and possessing strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to speak English, Arabic, and Hindi.
