Rindiawati Bt Suganda Otan has built her career in cleaning and hospitality roles across the Gulf region since 2016. She began working as a cleaner for private and commercial facilities in Bahrain from 2016 to 2018, where she performed daily cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing while ensuring restrooms, offices, and public areas met hygiene standards. From 2020 to 2022, she transitioned to working as a waitress at an Indonesian restaurant in Saudi Arabia, providing customer service in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining areas. Most recently, from 2022 to 2024, she served as a cleaning coordinator with Arban Company, where she coordinated daily cleaning operations, assigned tasks to cleaning staff, and ensured cleanliness standards were maintained across designated areas. In this role, she managed cleaning supplies, reported maintenance needs, and liaised with supervisors to meet client expectations. She describes herself as having good communication skills, being very energetic, result-oriented, organized, and skilled in teamwork and team management. Rindiawati speaks English and Arabic and currently resides in Dubai with self-employer visa status.
