Siony Orlanda Guillermo, a Filipino professional with nursing assistant certification and nursing undergraduate background, has accumulated over 11 years of international caregiving and domestic work experience. From March 2017 to May 2020, she worked as a helper and caregiver for the Thuraya family in the United Arab Emirates, where she cleaned and maintained the household, assisted an elderly person with disability with daily living activities and mobility support, accompanied them to hospital visits and medical appointments, provided timely medication as prescribed, prepared and served meals according to dietary needs, and offered massage therapy to relieve pain and improve circulation while ensuring overall comfort, safety, and well-being. From June 2020 to August 2025, Siony worked as a cleaner and nanny for Hawa Al Sahel Hospitality Services in the UAE. Her responsibilities included ensuring children's safety and well-being, following parents' instructions regarding feeding, routines, and care, preparing and serving meals or bottles, engaging children in age-appropriate play and activities, assisting with diapering, toileting, or hygiene needs, maintaining a clean and organized play and care environment, comforting and soothing children when upset or tired, monitoring for signs of illness or discomfort, and performing cleaning tasks to keep the home organized. She is certified in Basic Life Support, first aid, and emergency response procedures through her Certified Nursing Assistant training completed at Filipino Academy, GSM Medical Center in the UAE in 2022. Siony describes herself as empathetic and patient, with a compassionate and caring approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask while providing gentle care with a respectful and positive attitude.
