Meet Sylivia Zamukunda

Sylivia is a highly experienced nanny with over five years of experience in the UAE, working with four different families. She has a solid background in providing care for children of various ages, including newborns and children with special needs. Sylivia is also a certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and caregiver, giving her the expertise to work with children who require specialized attention and care, including those with special needs. Her journey began with an Emirati family, where she worked for two years, providing childcare and managing household tasks. After that, she worked briefly with a German family for several months, but the family had to move back to Germany, ending her time with them. Sylivia then spent 1 year and 7 months caring for a newborn, helping the family navigate the early stages of parenthood with confidence and ease. Most recently, she worked for an Emirati family for 7 months, where she cared for a 7-year-old autistic child. Sylivia’s training as a CNA/caregiver was invaluable in providing the child with the care and attention needed. Due to the family’s extended vacation in America and their inability to continue paying her during that time, Sylivia is now seeking a new opportunity. In addition to her extensive childcare experience, Sylivia is skilled in various household tasks such as cleaning, cooking, laundry, ironing, and organizing. She is also capable of preparing children for school, packing lunchboxes, and handling drop-offs and pickups. Sylivia enjoys engaging children in both indoor and outdoor activities and is comfortable caring for pets. Sylivia is flexible and open to both live-in and live-out positions. She will be available to start on October 24th and is open to face-to-face or Zoom interviews.
