Meet Annet Kisakye

Annet Kisakye, originally from Uganda, has eight years of experience as a nanny and housemaid in the UAE, working with families of various nationalities. Her career highlights include caring for toddlers, managing household tasks, and supporting child development. From 2016 to 2020, Annet worked for an Emirati family in Dubai, where she cared for twin toddlers, as well as two older children aged five and seven. Her responsibilities included potty training, preparing meals, bathing, and handling the children’s clothing. Between 2020 and 2022, she worked with an Italian-Chinese family, taking care of two boys—one toddler and a six-year-old. In this role, she managed school drop-offs, meal preparation, light cleaning, and engaging the children in developmental activities. In 2022, Annet provided part-time support for a Colombian family, focusing on childcare, ironing, and household cleaning. Most recently, in 2024, Annet worked part-time with a UK family, supporting an autistic child by assisting with potty training, encouraging social interaction, and taking him to the park. Annet describes herself as nurturing and hands-on in childcare, bringing experience in both toddler and older child care. She is currently looking for a full-time, live-in role as a nanny or maid in Dubai.
