Meet Arcel Belaro

Arcel Valle Belaro has over a decade of domestic service and caregiving experience in Dubai since 2013, with extensive background in childcare, elderly care, and household management. Beginning her career with Hondra Employment Services LLC from December 2013 to September 2016, she worked as a caregiver and housekeeper, followed by a brief role as assistant teacher and receptionist at Wonder Kid's Nursery LLC from September 2016 to February 2017. She then transitioned to housekeeping with Alomaids & Technical Services LLC from June 2017 to December 2019, before returning to caregiving with Al Mustaqueen Domestic Worker Services from December 2019 to June 2021, combining caregiver and housekeeping duties. From June 2021 to July 2023, Arcel served as a private caregiver with Noor Alfus Web Design LLC, also working simultaneously as a nursing assistant from December 2022 to April 2023. Her recent experience includes specialized childcare roles: working as a childcare specialist at Maba Baby Care from September to November 2023, serving as a health care assistant at Carezone Home Health Care from January to July 2024, and currently working as a nanny for a Russian Azerbaijani family since September 2024. She describes herself as dedicated and committed, with her experience spanning infant care, elderly assistance, household management, and healthcare support across both private families and professional care facilities throughout her career in Dubai.
