About Ayesha

Ayesha has built over two years of specialized childcare experience in Dubai, beginning her career at Ambassador International Academy from August 2022 to August 2024 where she worked as a nanny ensuring student safety and well-being during school hours while maintaining secure and supervised environments. Her responsibilities included organizing and conducting educational and recreational activities to enhance students' creativity and social skills, developing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards, and catering to individual student interests and needs. During this period, she completed multiple professional certifications including EYFS training in Positive Relationships and Enabling Environments, Fire Safety protocols, Child Protection in Sport and Active Leisure, and Food and Hygiene Safety. Since December 2024, Ayesha has transitioned to working as a nanny and housemaid with an Indian family in Al Khail Heights, Dubai, where she provides attentive and loving care to children while ensuring their safety and well-being. Her current role encompasses preparing and serving nutritious meals and snacks for both children and the family, maintaining cleanliness and organization in children's bedrooms, play areas, and common living spaces, and managing household errands including grocery shopping and local tasks when required. She describes her objective as leveraging her passion for education and nurturing demeanor to create positive and engaging learning environments, seeking to foster growth, instill a love for learning, and support overall child development with dedication and creativity.
