Meet Bimala Moktan

Bimala Moktan began her domestic work career in Dubai in 2018, working as a maid for an Indian family until 2020, where she maintained a 4-bedroom villa through daily cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, and dusting while handling all laundry responsibilities. During this role, she assisted with meal preparation and table setting, cared for children including bathing, feeding, and homework support, and managed grocery inventory and shopping while also caring for the family's dog and preparing baby meals. From 2020 to 2022, Bimala worked for a European family, cleaning and maintaining household rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen while providing basic elderly care and medication reminders. She continued her childcare duties including playing with, feeding, bathing, and dressing babies while also preparing food and caring for a cat. Since 2022, she has been working for a British and Indian family, performing general cleaning throughout the entire house including bedrooms, living areas, kitchen, and bathrooms, while dusting and polishing furniture and appliances. Throughout all her positions, she has consistently provided comprehensive childcare including baby care, meal preparation, laundry services including folding and ironing, and pet care, demonstrating over six years of experience in maintaining households and supporting families with children.
