Meet Carolyn Mangoli

Carolyne Mang'oli has worked as a live-in nanny for Lebanese families for over nine years, demonstrating extensive experience in childcare and household management. Since August 2018, she has been employed by a Lebanese family in Dubai, where she manages children's daily schedules, reads bedtime stories, coordinates playdates, accompanies children on outings, supervises activities, performs light housekeeping duties, assists with bedtime routines, and prepares nutritious meals. Prior to this role, she worked for another Lebanese family in Beirut from January 2015 to December 2017, where she performed similar duties with an emphasis on child safety, social development, and regular communication with parents. Throughout her career, Carolyne has developed specific skills in playful engagement, adaptability, patience, and scheduled outing planning. She describes herself as having extensive experience in infant care, housekeeping proficiency, and children's laundry management. Carolyne notes that she is resilient and creates nurturing, safe environments for children. Her language skills include advanced Swahili, intermediate English, elementary Arabic, and beginner French, which enhance her ability to communicate effectively in multicultural settings.
