Chona Sakyat Colina is an experienced caregiver and domestic helper with over six years of professional care experience across the Middle East and Philippines. She worked as a caregiver in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia from June 2018 to July 2023, spending five years providing comprehensive care services through manpower services. Her experience also includes working as a caretaker in Cebu City from 2015 to 2016, developing foundational skills in personal care and household support. Currently, she works as a maid with the Muhammad Ghonima family in Dubai since September 2023, continuing her domestic work career. She has obtained multiple healthcare certifications including Social Care Management, Nursing Assistant qualification, Hospital Care Awareness, Patient Care Awareness, Basic Life Support, and Emergency Paediatric First Aid. Her medical training enables her to assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support, while also monitoring vital signs and providing basic wound care. She describes herself as a quick learner, punctual, creative, and able to work under pressure with strong communication skills and adaptability.
