Maglasang brings five years of domestic work experience in the Middle East, having worked as a house maid and baby sitter for four years in Qatar followed by one year in Dubai. Her comprehensive role encompassed both household maintenance and childcare responsibilities, including cleaning and tidying homes through dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming, alongside washing and ironing clothes and linens, maintaining kitchen and bathroom cleanliness, and managing household supplies. Her childcare duties involved providing attentive care to ensure children's safety and well-being, preparing meals according to dietary requirements, changing diapers, bathing babies, and planning age-appropriate activities and educational exercises. Her responsibilities extended to managing daily routines such as ensuring proper sleep schedules, administering medications as instructed by parents, and running errands including grocery shopping and organizing household inventory. She describes herself as having problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, flexibility, and strong communication and teamwork capabilities, along with organizational skills and emotional intelligence. With fluency in English, Arabic, and Tagalog, she has demonstrated her ability to work effectively in multicultural household environments across different regions in the Middle East.
