Oluwatosin Damilola Famakinwa has been working as a nanny and babysitter since 2018, with experience across Oman and the UAE. She began her career from 2018 to 2020 working as a babysitter in Oman, where she ensured the infant's physical safety and wellbeing through feeding, diapering, and tending to basic needs. She fostered development by engaging the baby in age-appropriate activities that promoted social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth, created a nurturing environment, monitored the baby's progress and health, maintained cleanliness, and communicated effectively with parents. Most recently, from November 2023 to July 2025, she worked as a nanny for a European family, where her responsibilities included providing nutritious food, ensuring proper feeding routines, attending to hygiene by changing diapers and keeping the baby clean, creating and maintaining a safe environment, supervising all activities, responding quickly to the baby's needs and cues, observing the baby's general health, growth, and development, reporting concerns to parents, and offering a stable, loving presence to build a sense of security and self-worth. She describes herself as having fluent English, problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, flexibility, strong communication, teamwork, organizational skills, emotional intelligence, and basic computer knowledge.
