Dioneza is a Filipina housemaid with around eight years of all-around household experience in the UAE, and a KHDA/MOFA-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She worked for a Lebanese family in Dubai — handling housekeeping, cooking, and childcare (feeding, bathing, supervising) — and earlier for an Arab family in Al Ain managing full household duties. Her CNA training adds caregiving capability for families needing elderly or health support. She speaks English with basic Arabic.
