Meet Eskedar Feleke

Eskedar is an Ethiopian psychology professional with over 10 years of experience working with children and youth in educational and psychosocial development programs. She has specialized expertise in play-based learning, nursery education, and behavioral management, having worked as a nursery teacher, project coordinator, and youth camp director in Ethiopia. Her background combines child development knowledge with hands-on teaching and counseling experience. Experience August 2012–Present – Worldwide Orphans Ethiopia: Coordinator for Youth Club and Summer Camp, leading psychosocial programs, counseling, and recreational activities for over 300 children and youth annually. February 2010–May 2012 – Organization for Prevention, Rehabilitation, and Integration of Female Street Children: Project Counselor providing psychotherapy and training to staff and children. August 2008–January 2010 – Gibson Youth Academy: Main Teacher designing lesson plans and delivering play-based learning for 30 nursery students, including children with special needs.
