Floramae V. Puton has eighteen years of domestic work experience spanning cleaning, childcare, and caregiving roles across Dubai and the Philippines. From 2007 to 2018, she worked as a caregiver in Laguna, Philippines, where she assisted elderly and disabled clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming. She provided companionship and emotional support to improve quality of life, administered prescribed medications, monitored patients' health conditions, and assisted with mobility and physical therapy exercises. Since 2021, Floramae has worked as a domestic helper in Dubai, managing comprehensive household duties including housekeeping tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and washing dishes. She cares for young children by supervising playtime and ensuring their safety, assists with meal planning and cooking for families, and handles laundry services including washing, drying, and ironing clothes. Her responsibilities extend to grocery shopping and meal preparation based on employer preferences, maintaining hygienic and orderly living spaces, and providing assistance with various errands and household tasks. She speaks English, Arabic, and Bisaya, enabling her to communicate effectively across her diverse caregiving and domestic roles.
