Meet Hafswa Namiiro

Namiiro Hafswa began her childcare journey in April 2023 as a child care assistant at Silver Stars Daycare in Kampala, Uganda, where she provided care to infants and toddlers while assisting children with homework and learning activities. She maintained detailed records of children's daily activities and meals, consistently following safety protocols throughout her time at the facility. In April 2024, she transitioned to working as a nanny for an American family in the UAE, caring for 5-year-old twins through May 2025. During her role with the American family, Namiiro assisted with daily routines and school preparation while organizing both educational and recreational activities for the children. She maintained a clean and safe environment and provided daily progress reports to the parents. With her combined experience spanning approximately two years in formal childcare settings, she describes herself as patient, trustworthy, and passionate about children's growth and well-being, noting that she has built strong bonds with the children in her care while maintaining what she calls a 100% safe environment with no accidents under her supervision.
