Joan worked as a housemaid for a local family in Zabeel, Dubai, from January 2014 to August 2017, where she provided attentive, full-time care for a child from infancy at 2 months through toddlerhood and early childhood to 4 years. She created engaging routines that balanced play, learning, and rest tailored to the child's evolving needs and personality, supported early milestones including feeding, sleep training, motor skills, speech development, and emotional regulation, and fostered a safe, nurturing environment with age-appropriate activities, healthy meals, and hygiene practices. Following this, she worked as a cleaner for Reffro Cleaning Company in Abu Dhabi from September 2017 to September 2018, performing cleaning and maintenance duties in various residential and commercial settings. From November 2018 to January 2025, she worked as a nanny and babysitter for an Indian family in Abu Dhabi, providing full-time care for a child from infancy at 5 months through early childhood to 6 years. Now 43 years old and based in Abu Dhabi, Joan brings over a decade of experience in childcare and household management from her work across Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
