Nabuzaale Josephine is a nanny with over four years of childcare experience across Uganda and the UAE. For the past two years, she has been working as a nanny for the Smith family in Dubai, UAE, providing full-time care for two children aged two and five while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. Her responsibilities include developing and implementing daily schedules with educational activities, outdoor play, and creative arts tailored to each child's developmental stage, preparing healthy meals and snacks while introducing balanced nutrition, assisting with homework and learning activities, managing household tasks related to the children including laundry and tidying play areas, and communicating regularly with parents about children's progress and milestones. She holds a Diploma in Primary Education and is CPR and First Aid certified. She speaks English and is based in Dubai.
