Ma. Dianne L. Guban has developed diverse childcare experience in Dubai, most recently caring for Syrian/Ukrainian children ages 4 months and 4 years from 2022-2023. In this role, she managed both childcare duties including homework assistance and activity planning, while also handling household responsibilities such as cooking Ukrainian and Arabic cuisine and maintaining a three-bedroom apartment. Previously, she worked with multiple families in the UAE from 2018-2020, including Jordanian/Lebanese employers where she cared for three children aged 7 months to 7 years. She has also held several part-time positions with families from various nationalities. Her formal training includes a Housekeeping NC2 certification, complementing her practical experience in both childcare and household management.
