Meet Ma Teresa Pasion

Ma. Teresa Pasion has worked as a housemaid and nanny for a local family in Dubai from April 2018 to October 2025, caring for three children over nearly eight years. Her responsibilities included taking care of the children, bringing them to and picking them up from school, bathing them, changing diapers, and feeding them. She engaged the children in educational activities, teaching them about colors, animals, sizes, and other basic concepts, and ensured the children were always clean and tidy. She also managed household chores including cleaning, vacuuming, laundry, and ironing, while the family employed a separate cook. She occasionally handled marketing and shopping for the household. Prior to her work in Dubai, she gained experience in hospitality roles in Qatar, working as a receptionist and cashier at Rendezvous Club Bin Omran from July 2014 to May 2016, and as a supervisor at Al Burj Hospitality and Cleaning Co. from July 2016 to September 2017. She describes herself as reliable, quick to learn, and good at communication, noting that she is willing to continue learning. She speaks English and Tagalog.
