About Maicel

Maicel Lim Lascano, from the Philippines, has worked as a domestic helper in Al Ain, Dubai, since 2018, gaining seven years of experience in both childcare and household support. Her responsibilities have included cleaning rooms, changing linens, disinfecting high-touch areas, and maintaining an orderly and tidy home. Alongside housekeeping, she has also cared for children, assisting with daily routines, supervision, and babysitting, as well as supporting elderly family members when needed. She describes herself as adaptable and reliable, with skills in time management and organization. Before moving into domestic work, Maicel worked in the service industry in the Philippines, where she gained experience in customer service, handling tasks efficiently under pressure, and maintaining high standards of hygiene. In her current role, she also cooks and prepares meals for families while ensuring the household runs smoothly. Fluent in English, Arabic, and Tagalog, she brings both practical domestic experience and strong interpersonal skills to the families she supports.
