Meet Mercy Zurrudo

Mercy Zurrudo has devoted fifteen years to providing childcare and housekeeping services for a Jordanian family in Dubai. From 2009 to 2024, she worked as a housemaid and nanny, caring for children from infancy through their teenage years. Her daily responsibilities encompassed supervising children, assisting with personal care, implementing educational activities, monitoring safety, and teaching social skills while maintaining consistent routines. Throughout her long-term position, Mercy managed a wide range of household duties including deep cleaning, laundry services, kitchen maintenance, and meal preparation according to family preferences. Originally from the Philippines, she speaks both English and Arabic, which has facilitated her work in the UAE. She describes herself as organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to multitask efficiently while adapting to family needs.
