Nabacwa Flavia has four years of comprehensive childcare experience working with families in Saudi Arabia and Dubai, caring for children across a wide age spectrum from newborns to teenagers aged 16 years. Her career began in Saudi Arabia where she worked for two years with a large family of seven children, providing full-time care for a newborn including night feeds and diaper changes, while simultaneously supervising older children's homework and after-school activities. During this role, she managed household routines including meal preparation, bathing, and maintaining cleanliness, while also teaching basic English and promoting good behavior through patient communication. Following her experience in Saudi Arabia, Flavia relocated to Dubai where she worked for two years with a smaller family of three children aged 1, 5, and 10 years, allowing for more focused individual care. Her responsibilities included creating age-appropriate educational and play activities, managing morning and bedtime routines, accompanying children to school and extracurricular activities, and preparing nutritious meals and snacks alongside light housekeeping duties. At 25 years old and originally from Uganda, she describes herself as patient, calm, and adaptable to different cultures and homes, speaking English, Arabic, and French while prioritizing child safety and maintaining clear communication with both parents and children.
