Nancy is a Kenyan nanny with experience supporting children in private household and Montessori school settings in the UAE. She has worked with an Indian family as a live-in nanny and brings a structured, child-centred approach to early childhood development, informed by her Montessori background. Experience 2021–Jun 2025 – Joy Montessori, UAE: School nanny; applied Montessori techniques, supported children's developmental needs, assisted with school pick-ups and drop-offs, and maintained safe learning environments. 2019–2020 – Indian family, UAE: Live-in nanny; ensured child safety, prepared meals, supported developmental milestones, organised educational activities, and accompanied family on trips.
