Nancy has 13 years of work experience in Dubai, primarily in commercial kitchen, catering, and service roles, with one documented period of household cleaning for an Arabic family. She describes herself as enjoying cooking Asian and Arabic cuisine, along with cleaning, ironing, and helping with children. Experience 2025–Present – Sugo & Pepe Cafeteria: Kitchen Assistant/Server preparing Asian food, maintaining kitchen SOPs. 2023–2025 – Mandarin Oriental/Hyatt Regency: Server, food and beverage service for hotel guests. 2021–2023 – Arabic family, JVC, Dubai: House cleaning (part-time); also held concurrent commercial part-time roles (ice cream/dessert shops, kids' play area, catering staff). 2009–2020 – Wafi Gourmet: All-around kitchen and service crew, 13 years.
