About Nina

Nina Jemina is a 31-year-old Filipino with experience in babysitting and recruitment. From January 2021 to August 2023, she worked as an agent recruitment specialist at SMCC Company in Dubai for two and a half years, where she streamlined office operations by implementing efficient administrative systems and procedures, tracked sales progress regularly and addressed issues promptly, promoted new listings using digital platforms such as social media sites, company website and online portals, and maintained high standards of professionalism whilst interacting with clients or colleagues. Since September 2023, she has been working as a babysitter for a Filipino family in Dubai, where she maintains healthy eating habits by preparing nutritious meals and snacks, demonstrates flexibility regarding scheduling needs resulting in high levels of parent satisfaction, and ensures child safety during indoor and outdoor activities for peace of mind of parents. She describes herself as friendly, skilled at developing fun and educational activities that keep kids entertained and learning, known for building strong relationships with both children and parents, reliable, trustworthy, and having an energetic attitude.
