Meet Onyinyechi George

Onyinyechi Helen George has built over five years of experience working with children across educational and domestic settings in Abu Dhabi and Nigeria. From November 2019 to July 2023, she worked as a cleaner and housekeeper with National Cooperation for Tourism & Hotels in Abu Dhabi, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across rooms through vacuuming, dusting, making beds, and replenishing linens and towels. Her responsibilities included ensuring bathrooms and guest areas were stocked with supplies, polishing silverware and fixtures, arranging room décor and furniture for events, and supporting kitchen staff in maintaining food preparation and dining spaces. Since March 2024, Onyinyechi has focused on childcare support roles, working as a Learning Support Assistant at Al Yasat Private School and currently at Kids Zone Training Center in Abu Dhabi. She provides one-on-one and group support to children with autism, ADHD, and speech/language delays, using visual aids, reward charts, and sensory tools to promote engagement. Additionally, from June 2024 to March 2025, she worked as a playground attendant at Air Maniax in Marina Mall, supervising children to ensure safety, assisting with equipment use, and managing conflicts. She also provided private shadow teaching support to an 8-year-old girl with autism, implementing visual schedule
