Meet Pilar Balao-ing

Pilar T. Balao-ing brings extensive international experience spanning education and childcare across Dubai, Hong Kong, and Saudi Arabia. With a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education and specialized training in Special Education Needs and Disability (SEND), she combines teaching expertise with comprehensive childcare skills. Currently working in the UAE since 2021, her roles have included nurse assistant at Al Jalila Children's Hospital and private infant care at Burj Khalifa Tower. Her previous experience includes tutoring toddlers in Hong Kong (2019-2021), where she worked with children aged 2-5, including those with learning disabilities, and a four-year position as a nanny in Saudi Arabia (2015-2019). She holds certification as a Caregiver from the Filipino Institute and specializes in creating structured learning environments while managing children's educational and developmental needs.
