Meet Racheal Mpanga

Racheal Mpanga brings eight years of domestic work experience in Dubai, beginning with her four-year role as a family nanny and housemaid for a Swedish family in Dubai Marina from August 2017 to April 2021. During this position, she provided full-time care for two children, managing their daily routines including meals, hygiene, school preparation, and bedtime while handling general household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and ironing. She maintained a clean, organized environment and accompanied the family on outings, vacations, and appointments as needed. Following her time with the Swedish family, Racheal worked as a lady taxi driver with Dubai Taxi Corporation from July 2022 to September 2023, providing professional airport transport services and gaining expert knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic patterns. Since October 2023, she has been working with an Australian family in Palm Jumeirah as a family driver and nanny, caring for three children including twin toddlers and a 6-year-old while providing safe daily transportation for school runs, medical appointments, and family outings. She describes herself as reliable and hardworking, with fluent English skills and a valid UAE driving license, and her current responsibilities include managing household tasks, grocery shopping, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding children's progress.
