Rael Wairimu Mburu has been working in housekeeping at Intercity Hotel from June 2024 to January 2025, where she ensured guest rooms were clean and supplied with essentials while preparing rooms for check-in. Her responsibilities included reporting maintenance work and ensuring rooms were well-ventilated with a conducive environment for guests. Currently, from February 2025 to the present, she works as a cleaner, maintaining clean and tidy spaces by disinfecting premises and arranging furniture and vessels to create a welcoming environment. She describes herself as a team player, problem solver, and good listener with strong communication skills and adaptability. Her domestic work experience spans nearly two years across hotel housekeeping and general cleaning roles, where she has developed what she characterizes as creativity in maintaining welcoming environments and meeting the challenges of institutional cleanliness standards.
