Meet Rani Mardiani

Rani, from Indonesia, has spent over a decade supporting families with both childcare and housekeeping. She first worked in Malaysia with a Chinese family from 2013 to 2015, where she cared for children, followed their routines, and helped with daily meals and activities. From 2017 to 2019, she joined a Sudanese family in Abu Dhabi, focusing on household cleaning, ironing, laundry, and kitchen support. She later moved to Dubai, where she spent three years (2019–2022) with a local family as a live-in housemaid and nanny. There, she balanced caring for children with keeping the home tidy, preparing meals, and even supporting with homework. Rani is fluent in English, Arabic, and Indonesian. She’s now in Dubai and ready to bring her skills to another family, offering both childcare and home support with confidence and care.
